According to the book named Konya Province, which belongs to İbrahim Hakkı Konyalı, Tuzlukçu region was established as an oba of 15 houses in the period of Kanuni.
The people of Tuzlukcu came from Doğanhisar Ketenli plateau and they stayed in this location periodically for a certain period of time. Ali Efendi Fountain

Konarı Neighborhood Mosque
Although it does not have an inscription, the mosque, which is estimated to have been built in the 19th century, has managed to preserve its original architecture. The mosque, which was taken under protection after it was suspended in 2016, is a single-storey rectangular plan in the garden, made of flat earth glass and rubble stone. There are vegetal and geometric ornaments in the mihrab area. On the interior walls of the mosque, there are decorations on white plaster - paint.
Tuzlukçu Primary School
The historical school building has a single floor and there is a basement under the floor. It is made of stone and mudbrick and its hipped wooden roof is covered with tiles. It has two doors, and the window section is pointed arched and long rectangular. There are inscriptions dated 1926 and 1937 on both doors. The school, which was suspended and taken under protection in 2000, was restored in 2001 and has been used as a Public Education Center since 2008.
