The Villa has lush gardens with orange and Lemon trees and its own private pool with a Jacuzzi. The villa has a wide expanse of terraces with majestic sea and mountain views. Check out the penthouse floor with its large terrace, BBQ area and small kitchen. A great place to enjoy a BBQ party with your friends and family. \nOn the ground floor there is a large open plan living  and dining room with a separate kitchen area and a down stairs toilet. There are also two double sofa beds. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a en-suite bathroom. One has a king size bed, and the other has two single beds. The penthouse bedroom has two single beds, en-suite and private balcony. Property's price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services.\n3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.\n4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.\n5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children.\n6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences.\n7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.\n8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so.\n9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement\n10.
